Tasks of the Centre:

• Expansion of the presence and promotion of HSE University in foreign educational markets;
• Implementation of measures to support the opening and development of HSE University's "points of presence" abroad;
• Conducting educational events aimed at developing "points of presence" and expanding the network of foreign partners, as well as promoting HSE University's educational services;
• Implementation of measures aimed at increasing the academic mobility of foreign researchers, teachers, and students;
• Promoting the study of the Russian language and culture abroad.
